Shine Your Eye Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026. This policy describes the Shine Your Eye mobile game, version 1.0.
Information in the game
The game does not require an account. It does not send your gameplay, saved progress or settings to the developer. It has no advertising, purchases, analytics service or developer-operated cloud save service.
The game stores your progress, Street Cred, journal unlocks, simulation acknowledgement, settings and recovery copies locally on your device. These records support gameplay, restore progress and remember your preferences.
Permissions and sharing
The game does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts or notification access. Its scenarios use fictional locations, not your location. It does not sell or share your game data with advertising networks or other businesses.
You can choose to export a progress code and copy or share it yourself. The code contains game progress. The developer does not receive it automatically; anyone you give it to may read or import that progress.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you reset progress or remove the app's stored data. A progress reset may leave settings and recovery records. To remove all local game records, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or delete the app on iOS rather than offloading it. Device backup and restore settings may retain or restore app data; manage those copies through your device or backup provider.
Support messages
If you email support, your email address and any information you include are received through the email provider and used to answer your request. Send only what is needed, and do not send passwords or sensitive personal information. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the address below. We retain correspondence only as needed to resolve the request or meet applicable obligations.
Store and platform services
Apple, Google and your device or backup provider may process purchase-free download, testing, diagnostics or backup information under their own policies and your settings. TestFlight feedback that you choose to submit is handled through Apple. This policy does not replace those providers' policies. If you visit a separately hosted support or privacy page, its hosting provider may process ordinary connection information to deliver that page.
